Nicola Thompson with Hotnote Electric Dreams and Rex

Nicola is the owner handler and trainer of Sage a young BC (see picture below) not quite three years old who has done remarkably well in her short career so far. Highlights have been coming 2nd and 3rd at the National Agility trials in Sydney this year getting them into both the Excellent Agility and Jumping Finals. Nicola had the good fortune of learning much with her first dog Rex (also a BC now mostly retired - see picture above) from competing with him and attaining both Masters titles. She and her husband Steve are very much addicted to this sport and are kept busy nurturing their junior handler 3 year old Bailey who is soon to have a baby brother or sister! (Aug 2006) Update: Dec 2007 - Sage did very well at this years Nationals making three finals and winning a number of trials in the lead up and the qualification heats. Nicola now has an up and coming young dog in the form of a working Border Collie names Kyte who we hope to see debut in 2008.
